Terms & Conditions

By enrolling in any program, course, or service offered by Iron Amethyst Holdings LLC (doing business as The Connection Map), you agree to the following:

Privacy Policy We respect your privacy. Your personal information is collected solely for use by The Connection Map to support your learning journey, provide relevant updates, and share aligned offerings. Your data is never sold or shared with third parties. You may unsubscribe from our communications at any time. However, by enrolling in a program, you agree to receive emails essential to your participation.

No Guarantees While we provide powerful tools, mentorship, and support, your results depend on your own effort and participation. We do not make any guarantees regarding income, outcomes, or personal or business success.

Refund Policy All sales are final. No refunds are given for any reason, including but not limited to medical issues, family circumstances, or lack of participation — unless otherwise specified by a particular program’s clearly stated guarantee. Any specific guarantee will be honored only as described for that individual program.

Participation Agreement By enrolling, you acknowledge that you are joining voluntarily and take full responsibility for your own outcomes. You agree not to discontinue medical or therapeutic care without advice from your licensed provider. Our programs are not a substitute for medical, psychological, or legal care.

Dispute Resolution You agree to resolve any disputes through confidential mediation before pursuing any legal remedy. Litigation is waived in favor of mediation. Any legal matters shall be governed by the laws of the State of New York, with venue in Wayne County.

Intellectual Property All content, materials, and recordings provided through our programs are the intellectual property of Iron Amethyst Holdings LLC. They are for your personal use only and may not be copied, shared, published, or distributed to others, including other participants, without express written permission.

Media Release By participating in live calls or events, you grant permission for your image, voice, or written contributions to be recorded and used in program materials, marketing, or future training. However, we will never share any sensitive or personal information about you without your prior written consent.
